- What material are the jewelry you offer made of?
All our jewelry is gold or white gold plated, with stones set in zirconium or moissanite.
- What are the shipping times?
We take 24 hours to process your order, then 4 to 7 days to deliver it to you (delivery times may be longer for overseas shipments).
- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.
- Where do you ship orders from?
Our offices and warehouses are located in the Paris region.
- Do you provide tracking information for my order?
Yes, your tracking information will be automatically sent to you. If this is not the case, please contact us at contact@icestation.fr .
- Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?
It is possible that some items will be shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly, but if this is not the case, please contact us at contact@icestation.fr .
- I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to contact@icestation.fr and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
- I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package or would like assistance, please contact us at contact@icestation.fr .
- Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course provide this, provided that the request is made within 30 days of the order date and that the products concerned are not on sale.
