Return and Refund Policy

Duration for an exchange or refund:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. After this time, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must present a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refund:
Certain situations may allow a partial refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at contact@icestation.fr .

Returns Shipping:
For more information on returning a product, please email us at: contact@icestation.fr . Shipping costs for exchanging or returning an item are the sole responsibility of the customer. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. For any item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In this case, we unfortunately cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
